Our charter application was unanimously approved by the New Hampshire State Board of Education in October of 2011.  The school opened in September 2012.  In May of 2017 the charter was renewed for another five years.

In March of 2022 the Board requested an expansion to the K-8 program to include grades 9-12 which was also unanimously approved.

Successful achievements for our organization include: 

 

• 1st K-8 Public Charter School to open North of Concord. (2012)

• First Public Montessori School north of Concord. 

• Completed successful Audits for 9 years of operation with the highest rating.

• Developed a curriculum map linking Montessori and Common Core.

• Developed a Student Information System that aligns with Montessori Scope and Sequence and the Common Core Curriculum.

• Established Operational Policies.

• Discharged students from IEPs based on the learning environment provided.

• Student academic achievement has surpassed expectations.

• 1st Public Charter High School option in the Mount Washington Valley (2022)
